Micro Matic begann in den 1990er Jahren mit der Herstellung von Druckminderern. Im Jahr 1999 brachten wir unsere Premium-Serie auf den Markt, gefolgt von der Premium Plus-Serie im Jahr 2015. Diese Primär- und Sekundärgasregler decken CO2-, N2- und Mischgasanwendungen ab und stellen das breiteste Sortiment auf dem Markt dar - wobei der Premium Plus in unabhängigen Tests gezeigt hat, dass er bei allen Parametern, einschließlich Druckgenauigkeit und Durchfluss, besser abschneidet als jeder andere Regler in seiner Preisklasse.

Im Jahr 2024 haben wir eine aktualisierte Version von Premium Plus auf den Markt gebracht, die noch leistungsstärker, sicherer und nachhaltiger ist als die vorherige Generation. Insgesamt produzieren wir etwa 300.000 Gasregler pro Jahr.

Premium Plus

Micro Matic Premium Plus regulators guarantee reliable performance, while their stable pressure and flow conditions ensure excellent pressure setting at all times.

All pressure relief valves, shut-off valves and pressure gauges meet international requirements for optimum in-trade operation.

Depending on the model you choose, regulator batteries are available on request for CO2 or nitrogen/mixed gasses with various pressure combinations. Batteries are available for local assembly or pre-mounted.

Taprite

TapriteMicro Matic Taprite regulators boast the highest flow rate in the industry. Their robust design ensures high performance and reliability, and little risk of freeze-up problems. These regulators feature extremely durable and user-friendly polycarbonate bonnets for easy adjustment. Pull the cap to adjust pressure and push it back to lock it in.

QuickFit™ is a game-changing system that enables you to change CO2 without the use of tools. The system is quicker – it takes just a few seconds to change a CO2 bottle. It’s easier, with no tools required, no mistakes likely and no hazards – just push until you hear the click! And it’s safer, as it eliminates the safety issues linked to changing CO2 sources.

The Premium Plus 100 offers continuous flow and stable CO2 pressure all the way to empty bottle. Performance improvements over previous generations include a new cartridge, membrane and pressure-relief valve, all optimized for greater precision. To ensure long-lasting reliability, these regulators are SK-approved (DIN 6650) and ISO 9001-compliant. For even greater reliability, the PP100 now boasts a strong ZAMAC body, a high-resistance e-coating, and new gauge-protection and PRV features.

Continuous improvement since 199X

Micro Matic started making gas regulators in the 1990s. In 1999, we launched our Premium series, followed by the Premium Plus in 2015. These primary and secondary regulators cover CO2, N2 and mixed-gas applications and represent the widest range on the market – with the Premium Plus shown in independent testing to outperform any regulator in its price category on all parameters, including pressure accuracy and flow.

In 2024, we launched an updated version of Premium Plus, which is even more powerful, safer, and more sustainable than the previous generation. In all, we produce about 300,000 gas regulators per year.
