From 2000 to 2014, Micro Matic A/S experienced remarkable growth and expansion, significantly enhancing its global presence in the beverage dispense industry.In 2000, the establishment of the “Micro Matic Nordic Dispense Service” in Odense, Denmark, marked the beginning of this transformative period, providing customers with a comprehensive portfolio of beverage dispense equipment and services.

Key milestones during this period included a pivotal agreement with Carlsberg Sverige AB in 2005, covering warehousing, purchasing, and supply activities, and the relocation of operations to new facilities in Varberg, Sweden. Micro Matic's product portfolio was further diversified in 2007 to include coffee and cash control systems, and significant agreements with leading breweries like Ringnes AS, Spendrups Bryggeri AB, and Royal Unibrew A/S from 2008 to 2014 strengthened its market presence.

In 2013, the company's reach expanded further into Norway, Sweden, and Finland. These strategic initiatives underscore Micro Matic’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, cementing its status as a global leader in the beverage dispense industry.

2000-2004: The early days:

2000 – Micro Matic A/S establishes “Micro Matic Nordic Dispense Service” in Odense, Denmark, to offer the customers a complete product portfolio of beverage dispense equipment and related concepts and services.

2001 – Micro Matic A/S acquires Vassingerød Metalstøberi A/S in Denmark, a specialist in supply of fonts sold to breweries in Denmark and Sweden.

2004 – Micro Matic A/S acquires SC Beverage Equipment AB in Sweden, a specialist in cooler supply, installation and service of draught beer and soft drink equipment. A new company “MM Service Center AB” is founded, where all operations from Odense, Denmark and Varberg, Sweden, is merged.

2005-2010: New facilities creates new opportunities:

2005 – MM Service Center AB moves all operations into complete new facilities in Varberg, Sweden.

2005 – Micro Matic Nordic signs agreement with Carlsberg Sverige AB regarding warehousing, purchasing, refurbishment and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment and moves from Varberg to Falkenberg in Sweden.

2007 – Micro Matic A/S acquires Celcon BHS AS in Norway, a company with vast HoReCa market experience. This extends the product portfolio to coffee machines, espresso machines, and cash control systems. Celcon BHS AS changes name to Micro Matic Service Center AS.

2008 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Ringnes AS regarding warehousing, purchasing and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment.

2008 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Ringnes AS regarding warehousing, purchasing, refurbishment and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment.

2008 – Micro Matic in Norway move all operations to new facilities in Oslo.

2008 – MM Service Center AB signs supply agreement of beverage dispense equipment with AB Åbro Bryggeri.

2009 – MM Service Center AB signs supply agreement of beverage dispense equipment with Spendrups Bryggeri AB.

2010 – MM Service Center AB signs supply agreement of beverage dispense equipment with Hansa Borg Bryggeriet AS.

2010 – MM Service Center AB exit sales of coffee machines, espresso machines and cash control systems.

2011-2014: Consolidating operations in sweden:

2012 – MM Service Center AB transfer all operations from Norway to Sweden and closes Micro Matic Service Center AS.

2012 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Royal Unibrew A/S regarding warehousing, refurbishment, purchasing and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment.

2013 – MM Service Center AB acquires BevTec AS in Norway including their subsidaries BevTec Ab in Sweden and BevTec Oy Ab in Finland. The companies in Sweden and Finland have high market share with the breweries, but also interesting relations with IKEA, McDonalds and the marine industry.

2014 – Activities in Finland related to bottle coolers, freezers and refurbishment of juice and coffee machines are sold to Beverage Technology Services Finland Oy.

2014 – MM Service Center AB transfer all operations from BevTec AS, BevTec AB and BevTec Oy Ab to MM Service Center AB in Varberg.

2015- : supplier of everything on tap:

2018 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Still Sparkling Solutions AB regarding warehousing, refurbishment, purchasing and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment.

2019 – Carlsberg Sverige terminates warehouse agreement with MM Nordic.

2023 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sverige AB regarding warehousing, refurbishment, purchasing and supply activities of beverage dispense equipment.
